Itinerary

Day 01

Start your tour off by arriving at the New Delhi Airport at the time specified on your travel itinerary and be greeted by one of our representatives, who will be waiting for you in the arrival lounge. Once you have finalized and completed all requirements at the airport, our rep will accompany you to your hotel in New Delhi. You will have the rest of the day to yourself to explore the city!

Please note that this itinerary is subject to change, based on your arrival time and flight schedule.

Overnight stay – New Delhi

Day 02

Commence your day with an encapsulating tour of Old and New Delhi, which includes a visit to the Qutub Tower – the tallest brick minaret in the world, built over 800 years ago. As you drive around the city towards the famous Raj-Ghat Mahatma Gandhi Memorial, be sure to take in the plethora of sights – including the India Gate War Memorial, various embassy buildings, government buildings built between 1921 and 1930, and the Presidential and Parliamentary housing complexes. After taking in the sights of Delhi, you will continue onto the city of Agra, where you will drive past the famous Jamma Mosque and Red Fort – they truly are quite the sights to behold!

Overnight stay – Agra

Day 03

Your day starts off with wonder and history, following an early visit to the world-renowned Taj Mahal, built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal – enshrining her mortal remains. It is important to note that, to this day, the Taj Mahal remains an architectural wonder of the modern world. After this historic visit, you will drive to Ranthambore, where you will spend the night.

Overnight stay – Ranthambore

Day 04

Start your day off with a visit to the Ranthambore National Park, which is one of India’s largest and most beautiful sanctuaries, which spans across 392 square kilometers. Located in the Sawai Madhopur District of Southeastern Rajasthan, the Ranthoambore National Park offers a multitude of attractions, given its reputation for being one of the best locations in India to witness wild animals in their natural habitat – most notably, tigers. Visitors can either experience morning or afternoon safaris, which are highly recommended for the average wildlife enthusiast. The vehicles dispatched for the safaris include open Canter vans or jeeps, which are operated by the National Forest Department. Keep in mind that safari costs are uniquely determined, based on the needs of the visitor, and are often subject to change. After your safari experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the unique privilege of a meal in the wild at your rest stop or hotel.

Overnight stay – Ranthambore

Day 05

After a day of adventure, exploring, and much needed rest, you will be able to enjoy a relaxing morning drive to Jaipur – the capital of the Rajasthan State and a major tourist attraction for both local and international tourists. Jaipur forms a vital part of India’s famous “tourist triangle” that is comprised of the cities of Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. Known as “the Pink City”, in reference to its distinctly colored buildings, you will be able to make brief visits to the City Palace and Museum before driving past the Pink City and Hawa Mahal, The Palace of The Winds.  After taking in some of the historical sights, you will then visit the city’s main observatory, built during the 18th Century by the world-renowned and famous astronomer, Jai Singh.

Overnight stay – Jaipur

Day 06

You will follow up your historic and brief stint in Jaipur with a return to Delhi, after breakfast. On the way back, you will have the opportunity to visit the ancient capital of the Rajput Empire, the Amer Fort. The fort encompasses a delightfully unexpected combination of beauty and charm, in which you will have the privilege of viewing the Sheesh Mahal, Dewan-e-Khas and Dewan-e-Aam – famous pavilions and structures within the fort. After taking in these sights, you will continue to Delhi, where you will be able to spend the rest of your last full day in India at your hotel relaxing, or taking in some last-minute sights – you decide!

Overnight stay – New Delhi

Day 07

Your last day in India starts off with a delicious breakfast, a few hours of relaxation at your hotel, and a noon check-out, after which you will be provided with a transfer and drop off at the airport in time for your flight.
